Zenoti was the second most common booking platform in our 2026 check of 389 independent med spa websites, used by 49 clinics. We revisited those 49 homepages to see how each one hands patients over to Zenoti, and checked every booking link we found against Zenoti's own documentation.
How the 49 clinics connect Zenoti
Zenoti's help center documents one main route, the hosted Webstore at an address like yourclinic.zenoti.com/webstoreNew. Clinics link to it from their own site. Zenoti also markets a website widget, but we couldn't find install instructions for it in Zenoti's help center.
- 38 of 49 link out to the Webstore.
- 10 of 49 load a Zenoti script that opens booking over the page.
- On 1, Zenoti appears only in the page code.
- 42 of the 48 sites that link to Zenoti open it in a new tab.
Zenoti lets you run the Webstore on your own subdomain, such as book.yourclinic.com, under Configuration > Online booking > Custom Domains. Patients then see an address that matches your site, and Zenoti recommends it for cleaner analytics.
Only 3 clinics link to a specific treatment
Zenoti's deep links are built from URL parameters. A link to one service looks like yourclinic.zenoti.com/webstoreNew/CENTER-ID?serviceid=SERVICE-ID, and a category uses CategoryId the same way. Zenoti's parameters are case-sensitive.
Plenty of Zenoti links look specific without being so. The long code in a webstoreNew/services/... address identifies the location, so the patient still lands on the full service menu. Of the 47 homepages that link to Zenoti, 3 used serviceid to open a single treatment and 1 opened a category. The other 43 sent every Book button to the menu or the Webstore home.
What else the Zenoti sites have in common
- A Book link in the header or main menu on 40 of 49.
- A median of 4 Book or Schedule buttons on the homepage.
- Tap-to-call on 43 of the 44 homepages where we could check.
- A broken homepage link on 9 of 49, and at least one failed check on 14 of 49.
- An average score of 91.3, the highest of the four platforms we measured, against 89.2 for the full sample.
Six of the 49 passed every check we ran. They are listed by city in the 2026 report.
Tracking Zenoti bookings
The Webstore has its own Analytics settings. You can add a GA4 Measurement ID, a Google Tag Manager container and a Facebook Pixel ID, and switch on ecommerce transaction tracking so completed service bookings arrive as purchase events. Because the Webstore runs on a Zenoti address by default, a custom domain avoids cross-domain tracking problems. Bookings that start from Reserve with Google are tagged in the data layer, so you can tell them apart.
Reserve with Google itself is set up in Webstore V2 under Integrations > Google. It sends patients to your Webstore with their location already chosen.
A Zenoti setup checklist
- Each treatment page links with serviceid, so Book opens that treatment.
- The Webstore runs on your own subdomain.
- GA4 and ecommerce tracking are switched on in the Webstore's Analytics settings.
- A Book link sits in the header on every page.
- Gift card and membership links are labelled clearly, so nobody taps them expecting to book.
- Every homepage link works. 9 of the 49 Zenoti sites had one that didn't.
Where to start
The free website grader checks whether your booking link, tap-to-call and homepage links work in about 30 seconds. If you'd rather hand the setup over, booking integration is included in every site we build, and existing sites get a fixed quote after a free audit.
