No. We look after the sites we build and most sites on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or Wix. The first month includes a full check, and anything already broken gets fixed then.
Your hosting and domain stay in your name, so you are never locked in. The Care Plan covers looking after them: renewals, SSL, uptime and backups.
It is a yearly plan. Tell us before it renews and it simply stops. The site, the domain and everything on them stay yours.
Because you rarely find out. A broken Book button does not send an alert; patients just leave. Monthly checks catch it in days instead of whenever someone happens to notice.
