Prepaid Botox and neurotoxin banks are the most common med spa Black Friday offer, followed by multi-session packages, percentage discounts and buy-two-get-one deals. On November 3, 2026 we read the websites of 360 med spas in 21 US metro areas: 23 already show a Black Friday offer, and 10 of those put a Black Friday price on Botox or another neurotoxin, usually as a prepaid bank of units. The five that print a Botox price for a 100-unit bank charge $9.99 to $14 a unit, a median of $11, against a $13 median standard price in our October survey. Below are the offers, the dates, the discounts where both prices are printed, and what to check before you publish your own.
How we checked
The sites come from our September 2026 study of med spas across 21 US metro areas, the same set behind our Botox price-per-unit survey and membership price survey. On November 3 we read each homepage plus up to five linked pages whose address mentions Black Friday, holidays, specials, offers, deals, events or gift cards, and kept every passage that names Black Friday, Cyber Monday or a holiday sale.
- 360 of 393 sites could be read. 33 were left out: 14 sat behind a bot check, 17 refused the request and 2 returned an error or no response. We did not try to get past any of them.
- A clinic counts when one of its pages names Black Friday or Cyber Monday, presents an offer or sale, and nothing on the page dates it to an earlier year.
- Offers inside images, booking widgets, emails and Instagram posts could not be read, so 23 is a floor. Plenty of clinics announce Black Friday to their email list first.
- We kept the raw passages and our coding, so every number below can be re-derived. Clinics are described by city, not named.
How many med spas already have a Black Friday offer up
23 of the 360 clinics (6.4%) showed a Black Friday offer on November 3, more than three weeks before Black Friday itself on November 27, 2026.
- At least 10 were already selling, with wording such as "Black Friday Deals Are Live", "Early Access Is Here" and "Pre-pay before November 30". The earliest sale in the scan ran November 2 to 6.
- 4 announced a later start: an event from November 15, a presale on November 19, an online sale from November 23, and a Black Friday to Cyber Monday window of November 27 to December 1.
- 11 have a dedicated Black Friday page, 4 list the offer on their specials page, and 8 only show a homepage banner. Two of those banners name no offer we could read anywhere on the site.
- Only 4 of the 23 print the year 2026 next to the offer. The other 19 show no dates at all or dates such as "through Nov 29" with no year, so a patient who lands on the page next spring cannot tell whether it still applies.
What clinics are offering
Most clinics combine two or three mechanics, so each is counted once per clinic that uses it.
- Neurotoxin by the unit or in prepaid banks, 10 clinics. Most sell a bank of 50, 100 or 200 units that the patient buys now and uses through the year; the rest print a lower per-unit price or a free-units deal. One San Francisco clinic sells 100 units of Botox for $999 against a printed regular price of $1,399.
- Multi-session packages, 6. Laser, microneedling, Morpheus8 or body treatments sold as a series of three or four, paid up front. A Phoenix clinic's packages can be used until October 31, 2027, eleven months after the sale closes.
- Percentage off, 6, counting one 15%-off-everything anniversary sale. Headline figures run from 15% to "up to 60%", and the 60% offer is for new patients only.
- Buy two, get one, 4. Moxi, BBL, DiamondGlow and filler. A clinic near Orlando runs a different buy-one-get-one each weekday of Black Friday week, then 30% off service packages on Thursday and Friday.
- A free add-on with purchase, 4. A free HydraFacial with 160 units of Dysport, 20 free units of Xeomin with any $100 purchase, a free exosome treatment with a microneedling series, and a free cleanser during a presale.
- Bonus gift cards, 3. Pay $100 and get $120 or $125, pay $125 and get $150, pay $200 and get $250: a 20% to 25% bonus.
- Smaller groups: a sale price on a single treatment (3), skincare products only (2) and $100 off a treatment with a new membership (1).
Bonus gift cards carry their own rules on expiry and redemption, and one clinic in the scan says the bonus cannot be used on the day of purchase and drops back to the amount paid after a year. Our guide to selling gift cards online covers how to set those terms.
Black Friday Botox prices and the real discounts
Five clinics print a Botox price for a prepaid 100-unit bank: $9.99, $10, $11, $12 and $14 a unit, a median of $11. In our Botox price-per-unit survey of 81 clinics on October 30, the median standard price was $13, so the middle Black Friday bank sits about $2 a unit below the usual price. Three of the five also print their regular price for the same bank, and their savings are 15%, 22% and 29%.
- Other neurotoxins are priced lower per unit: $7 for Xeomin and $8 for Dysport or Jeuveau at a San Diego clinic, and 160 units of Dysport from $640 ($4 a unit) at an Austin clinic. A Dysport treatment uses more units than the same Botox treatment, so compare the cost per treatment area.
- Package discounts vary more than the headline suggests. A Phoenix clinic's packages range from 3% to 59% below their stated regular price. A San Francisco clinic's twelve packages save 13% to 50%, and a Chicago clinic's three offers 15% to 50%.
- Device treatments carry the biggest dollar cuts. One San Francisco clinic takes $300 to $1,000 off Ultherapy (33% to 40%), and another lists a CoolSculpting package at $5,000 against $8,500.
A struck-through regular price only means something if it is real. The FTC's Guides Against Deceptive Pricing say a former price used in a comparison should be one the item was openly offered at, in good faith, for a reasonably substantial period. For a bundle shown as "Regularly $2,690.18", that means a price the clinic has actually charged for the bundle, not only the sum of its parts.
Last year's Black Friday is still online
Five clinics in the study had no current Black Friday offer we could find, but still had a Black Friday page from a past year live:
- A Tampa clinic's "Black Friday 2025" page, selling November 24 to December 2, 2025, plus a members-only Black Friday page from 2024.
- A Los Angeles clinic whose sitemap lists seven Black Friday and Cyber Monday pages from 2021 to 2024.
- Two old blog posts and a November 2025 press release, each announcing a sale that has since ended.
Leftovers also sit next to live offers. Of the 23 clinics with a current offer, 3 still show another season's promotion on the same page: "APRIL SPECIALS" and "all summer" beside "Black Friday All Month Long", "Summer Body Starts Here!" above "BLACK FRIDAY SALE STARTS NOW!", and "promotions for April 2026, this Winter" on a Black Friday homepage. A Miami clinic's homepage still advertised holiday specials "through Oct 31" on November 3. When a sale ends, take the prices off the page and send the old address to your current specials with a 301 redirect. Our seasonal promotions guide covers that clean-up for every campaign.
Setting up your own Black Friday offer
- Publish by mid-November. At least 10 clinics in this scan were selling by November 3, and the earliest sale ran only November 2 to 6.
- Pick one or two mechanics patients already understand. A neurotoxin bank or a series package brings the payment in now and the visits through the year. Check your bank price against the $13 median standard price before you set it.
- Print the year, the sale dates and the use-by date on the page, for example "On sale November 23 to 30, 2026. Use by June 30, 2027." 19 of the 23 clinics left out the year.
- Show a regular price only if you have charged it, and do the arithmetic for the patient: "$1,100 for 100 units, regularly $1,300".
- Put the offer where the patient lands. A homepage banner should link to a page that lists each offer, its price and a Buy or Book button. 2 of the 8 banner-only clinics named no offer at all.
- Take the page down when the sale ends and redirect its address, so next year's patients do not find this year's prices.
